SEO is work that makes a website ‘search engine friendly’ – with the goal of getting a good position in the search results when people search for words that relate to your website.

SEO relates ONLY to unpaid, ‘organic’ or ‘natural’ search results. This has nothing to do with PPC Advertising.The best position in organic search results is #1 on the 1st-page. Many businesses have to settle for any 1st-page position, at least as an early goal. You can’t pay the search engines to get a better organic search position – you have to work at it.Organic position is important because every time someone visits your site after clicking an organic search result, you have received a visitor who’s probably interested in your website – and you’ve paid nothing to attract that visit .

There isn’t any one step that we do that creates all of the good traffic, it’s a series of many small steps on your site that as a whole have a dramatic impact. Below are a sample of the steps we take for optimization:
  Research Keywords: Research search numbers to find the most highly searched keywords relevant to your industry.
  Find related keywords: Find related keywords that have high search numbers
  Identify niche keywords: Identify niche keywords that have low competition but good search volumes
  Compile Keyword Report: Compile all of this into a keyword report that we use to optimize your site and you can reference when creating blog posts and other user generated content
  Title and Description Tags:The title displays at the top of your browser window but is also displayed on search engine results along with the description tag. This helps with optimization and click through rates on search engine results.
  Heading Tags like H1 and H2:These are the headings of your content and labeling them with the correct tags are critical in telling search engines the main subject of the content.
  Content Optimization:Adding keywords to your content (in reasonable amounts) can help increase your rankings.
  Search Engine Sitemap and Robots.txt:Search engine only files that tell them where to find your content and pages.
  Internal Links: Proper internal ranking with proper anchor text can significantly increase the ranking of secondary pages
  Optimized Navigation: Like internal links, this can significantly increase your ranking of secondary pages
